Thalia Varshay of FIASCO FINE WINE will lead a free comparison tasting between the famous Blue Weber Agave of Jalisco’s Tequila, Espadin of Oaxaca’s Mezcal, and the Desert Spoon plant of Durango’s Sotol.   Spirits featured  are USDA Certified Organic, wild harvested, or employing  traditional practices spanning centuries of family distilling.
