Each month, we carefully select two different wines for your enjoyment. The selection usually includes one white and one red, but we’ll occasionally mix it up by possibly including a rosé or a sparkling wine. At the beginning of each month, your wines are packaged, we notify you by e-mail and you’re charged $34.99 for these two bottles. You can come by the store any time and pick them up. We even hold them for you if you’re out of town.
The wines we select are chosen to help expand your taste, your experience. They might be varieties you’ve never encountered before, or they might be from regions you never would have considered. The wine-club selections are always delightful, quality choices and are a great value with the normal shelf price of each typically ranging from $16.99 to over $20. And you get both for $34.99. The wine club offers additional benefits:

THE 2014 CHÂTEAU SAINT-SULPICE BORDEAUX The 100-acre Château Saint-Sulpice estate is situated in the village of St. Sulpice in northern Entre-Deux-Mers, just south of St. Emilion and 14 miles northeast of the city of Bordeaux. The property is planted mainly with Merlot and is very carefully tended by owner-winemaker Pierre Dubergé and his son Christophe. The Château Saint-Sulpice Bordeaux Rouge is a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. This wine is vinified as if it were a “classified growth”—complete destemming, eight-day fermentation in new temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and aging in vats for several months before bottling. This approach emphasizes the natural red fruit characters. Consequently, the wine exhibits black cherry, spice and plum notes, with great depth and balance. THE 2015 CHÂTEAU BONNET WHITE Château Bonnet lies to the North of the Entre-Deux-Mers, on the clay-chalk slopes of the commune of Grézillac, overlooking the Dordogne valley some 6 miles south of St. Emilion. The estate dates back to the 17th century. When André Lurton took over in 1956, the estate comprised 30 hectares of vineyard, which he immediately undertook to renovate and develop. Today, half Bonnet’s production is devoted to a highly popular dry white (AOC Entre-Deux-Mers—a blend of 55% Sauvignon, 30% Sémillon and 15% Muscadelle grape—carefully vinified to preserve the freshness and bouquet of these varietals. This wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 18 to 20 degrees C and matures for 4 months on lees before being bottled.
